Stadium
     Info Desk​

• • Grab a Schedule + Map.
  • Pre-registration Check In - Make sure to scan your pre-registration code to go in the running for the Pre-registration Prize Draw, announced at the end of the night on the Main Stage.
  • Collect Space Dome tickets (subject to session availability).
  • Collect a Mission Passport! Once completed head back to the Info Desk to receive a special Astrofest 2024 badge.
  • Complete Feedback Survey to go in the running for the Main Prize draw, announced at the end of the night on the Main Stage.
  • Buy your very own Astrofest tote bag!

     Main Stage

• • Welcome at 5:30pm.
  • Astrophotography Prize Presentation at 6:00pm.
  • Scitech Show - It's Elementary at 7:00pm.
  • Scitech Show - It's Elementary at 8:00pm.
  • Prize Draws announced at 9:00pm - Main Prize draw, Astrophotography People's Choice Award, and Preregistration Prize draw.

     Astrophotography Exhibition

• • Enjoy all of the amazing Astrophotography images that are being showcased at this year's exhibition.

     Robots Zone

• • Check out the world of remote operations by having a go at driving a Mars Rover Bot and watching a real-life student built remote operations rover driving around!

     Photobooth

• • Take a cosmic image of yourself, family and friends to remember the night!

​Edinburgh Oval
     Telescopes

• • Come and peer through the many telescopes set up on the oval. Each telescope pod will be looking at it's own celestial object. Find out which ones here - Telescope Objects
  • Learn more about Radio Astronomy at our Radio Telescope area!
  • See some cool telescope demonstrations being run by Celestron

     Telescopes 101

• • Held at 6:00pm and 7:00pm at the BinoCentral stall.

     Night Sky Tour

• • Fifteen minute tours held at 7:30pm, 8:00pm and 8:30pm. Find the meeting point just outside the Stadium doors.

• • Find the Space Domes located at the Discovery Zone this year!
  • Make sure to secure your session tickets at the Info Desk at the Stadium (subject to session availability).

• • Activity Corner - located on the second level. Come and make your very own bit of space to take home.
